It looks like WCA’s solution to bad property maintenance is more bad property maintenance.

The bleach was poured into the flooded hallway carpet rather than picking up the carpet?

This hallway was flooded. Likely, from one of these two apartment. Now dried by unconventional maintenance applications, the sagging and lumpy, damaged subfloor makes the hallway feel like a walking on a nature trail.
