My only concern is that the most offensive stains are not in my hallway, they are in the F section hall, first floor. We’ll see if he gets ’em all scrubbed up in the F section. Thanks, Julio, for being a good sport.
Yeeeehaw! It’s working. The scaffolding and retractable ladders from July have finally been removed and dismantled. Ahhhhh, visual relief.
Voting
There’s an election posted for the board elections but the board promised to publicly review and vote on management as is the law every two years. The management was to be voted last October but postponed to January or February, both are past and no notice of a vote announced. They skipped a public vote for management. Such being a fact is, voting in one new board member, as has been done previously, is not going to be effective. At least three new board members are needed along with a new management company to make any differences. Hopefully, please, the management company managing our beautiful twin building next door. It is cost and management effective to follow the lead of our twin building and negotiate contracts based on our huge property here at 1111 River Road.
I will not be running for the board because I do not want to be associated with the financial practices of the current board. In order for me to be on the board, at least 20 owners would have to sign a petition to elect me as board president but only if two new board members, not previous or current members step up as well.
I did not bother voting on May 5th, total waste of time as my voice will always be disrespected by anyone allowed to be on the board or in management. It is like that is a requirement.
What factors determined the decision to add silver hinges to this dark brown metal door so that it also slams shut like a guillotine?
The stains on this carpet have been there for over a year. Has an employee ever tried to get a bucket of warm water, a scrub brush, carpet cleaner and clean this?
I never thought I’d see the day when the meeting minutes would be at my finger tips. I still feel like it may be a dream…I have to keep looking to believe that it is real.

The cost of owning a condo unit.
How did tape and bolts get all over the pool pump utility closet door? This faces the pool and is visible from the pool and main courtyard entry/exit doors.

Ginevra,
I’m more then happy to join in any suit against them… They’ve been playing with my attorney for 5 months. His name is A.T.!!! My unit floors keep resulting in damage. My tenant had fleas in my unit as a result of there negligence to clean vents.
My apartment is like a sink hole. It’s just too much at this point…..
Best Regards,
