We could set up beautification teams to address all common areas of the building and do mock ups of what those improvements could be as well as cost estimates. Our building would be so awesome and more valuable if we systematically beautified/remodeled. We could pick out new carpet samples and hard floors. We could pick out new wallpaper. We could get estimates on pool resurfacing and the pool deck wood replaced and refinished.
